The 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Calgary Track and Field Club (CALTAF) will be held on Tuesday January 28th, 2014 at the Brentwood CO-OP Basement Auditorium:
4122 Brentwood Rd. NW
Calgary, AB T2L 1K8
Commencing at 6:00pm
The AGM will be held for the purpose of the following club business:
- Club Annual Report
- Presentation of Financial Statements
- Appointment of Auditors
- Election of Board of Directors
After the completion of the AGM we adjourn to the monthly club meeting.
All club members are welcome to attend.
