The sprints/hurdles group is a year-round group for those Grade 10 and up whose goal is to improve power speed and to make athletes stronger and faster.  This group is coached by Jason Lindsay.

Training Times and locations are as follows:

Base Season – September 5 to November

Monday 5:00-7:00 pm Canmore Park
Wednesday 5:00-7:00 pm Glenmore Track
Thursday 5:00-7:00 pm Edworthy Park

Indoor Season – November to April
