New indoor training schedule for the JD Group

Please note that, with the near completion of the renovations at the Talisman Centre, the JD Group’s schedule will change in January as follows:

Monday 10th January: 6:15 to 8:15pm Fitness Centre Track, Jack Simpson Gym
Thursday 13th January: 6:15 to 8:15pm Fitness Centre Track, Jack Simpson Gym
Saturday 15th January: Mount Royal University track – 9:00am to 10:30amnote the change in time – this will be our last session at MRU

Beginning Monday 17th January and continuing until the end of the indoor season (we will move outdoors sometime in April)

Mondays: 6:15 to 8:15pm Fitness Centre Track, Jack Simpson Gym
Wednesdays: Talisman Centre Track, 6:30 to 8:00pm (Please arrive at 6:15pm – as we have only 1.5 hours, we will need to begin promptly if we wish to have time to use the long jump pit)
Thursdays: 6:15 to 8:15pm Fitness Centre Track, Jack Simpson Gym
No Saturday sessions
