A message from Coach Juerg:
Two CALTAF athletes broke Provincial Indoor Records within a Combined Event at the Alberta Indoor Games at U of A Feb 16-17, 2019.
- Maddie Tollefson in U18 Pentathlon:
- in 800m with 2:30.24 (old record was 2:30.52)
- Noah Vucsics in U20 Heptathlon
- in High Jump with 1.74 (old record was 1.71)
- in Long Jump with 6.33 (old record was 6.17)
And as some of you may have witnessed on the weekend, Noah V. jumped 1.74 in High Jump after a monster competition: he started at 1.47 and jumped every 3cm without a failed attempt!!
