Mondays: 6:15 to 8:15pm – Fitness Centre Track, Jack Simpson Gym, Kinesiology Building, U of C with coaches Robin (running, starts), Melissa (high jump) and Lou (hurdles, starts)

Thursdays: 6:15 to 8:15pm – Fitness Centre Track, Jack Simpson Gym, U of C with coaches Robin (running, starts), Elisha (throws), Blair (all events) and Ed (long jump)

Saturdays 10:00am to 11:30am – Mount Royal University track with coaches Robin (running, starts), Ed (long jump) and Blair (all events)
