Whether you’re an experienced sprinter or new to the sport, we welcome athletes of all levels to join us on our journey to success.

Here’s everything you need to know about our program:

Training Frequency:

We train four times per week, offering a structured and comprehensive sprinting program. Our experienced coaches provide personalized guidance and training plans to help you reach your full potential.

Ongoing Registration:

We offer ongoing registration. You can join our group at any time throughout the year. This flexibility allows athletes to fit our program into their schedule and goals seamlessly.

Competitions:

We participate in both local meets in the city and nationwide events in Canada and the United States. Competing at different levels allows athletes to gain valuable experience and showcase their sprinting abilities.

What to Expect:

Expert Coaching: Our coaching staff consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed.  The group is coached by Brad McCuaig.  Brad was a top-level Canadian sprinter who competed in the 2000 Olympics.  He has now turned his talents to coaching.

 

Individualized Training: We tailor our training plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each athlete.

Progress Tracking: We use data-driven methods to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your training regimen.

 

Camaraderie: Join a close-knit group of athletes who share your passion for sprinting and are committed to helping each other improve.
