All events are welcome—with a concentration on speed and power development.

Meet Our Masters Coach

Mona Rae is a cornerstone of the Caltaf community, serving as one of our Masters Coaches and as the club’s Secretary, Sponsorship Representative, and Alumni Representative. She brings exceptional organization, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to supporting athletes at every stage of their journey. Whether she’s guiding Masters athletes through thoughtful, progressive training or strengthening Caltaf’s connections with sponsors and alumni, Mona Rae’s dedication and professionalism play a vital role in the success and continuity of our club.
