Hurdling is Fun Camp results

It was great to see so many JD athletes participating in the Hurdling is Fun camp this week:Emily, Lauren Garnett, Jessica, Nicholas, Brent Stephen, Nathan and Rui. I was certainly impressed with what I saw at the competition earlier today. Rui ran personal bests in both the 100m hurdles and 200m hurdles, while Nicholas and Nathan ran personal bests in the 100m hurdles. You all ran very well, especially given that you have spent four hours every day this week hurdling. Have a restful weekend – you’ve earned it!
