Caltaf athletes had a great meet at the 2010 Canadian Track and Field Championships in Toronto:
Holly had a season PB, Nyial, Gareth and Abdel all PB and Gareth set a new Alberta provincial record!

Congradulations to the Caltaf athletes who ran at 2009 Canadian National Cross Country Championships this last weekend: Ellen, Gloria, Gareth, Heather, Tara, and Abdel.
