JD Training Schedule for March/April

The  Talisman  Centre  will  be  closing  for  renovations  at  the  end  of  this  month,  so  the  JD  Group  will  have  only  two  more  sessions  (17th  and  24th  Feb)  at  the  Talisman.  Please  note  our  modified  training  schedule  for  March  and  April:

JD  Group  Schedule  for  March  and  April:

  • Monday  1st  March  –  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Thursday  4th  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Saturday  6th  March  –  10:00am  to  11:30am  Mount  Royal  University  track
  • Monday  8th  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Thursday  11th  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Saturday,  13th  March  –  no  training  session  -  Indoor  Provincial  T&F  Championships
  • Monday  15th  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Thursday  18th  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Saturday  20th  March  –  no  training  session  –  track  is  not  available  –  depending  on  the  weather,  I  will  try  to  organize  something  outdoors
  • Monday  22  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Thursday  25  March  -  6:15  to  8:15pm  Fitness  Centre  Track,  Jack  Simpson  Gym
  • Saturday  27th  March  -  10:00am  to  11:30am  Mount  Royal  University  track
  • March  29th,  31st  –  no  training  sessions  –  Spring  Break
  • April  1st,  5th,  7th,  8th  –  no  training  sessions  –  Easter/Spring  Break

I  will  be  providing  workouts  for  the  athletes  to  complete  during  Spring  Break.
