Canadian National Cross Country

Congradulations to the Caltaf athletes who ran at 2009 Canadian National Cross Country Championships this last weekend: Ellen, Gloria, Gareth, Heather, Tara, and Abdel.

Gloria and Ellen had great learning experiences. Gareth was with the leaders through 3 Km and although had a tough last 3Km finished to place 18th. Heather and Tara had their best runs ever at nationals and also their best runs of the season with 5 Km splits faster than their previous seasons best runs…with still 2 Km to go. Abdel was very quick through the first Km but finished strong.
